De Zwaan is an original Dutch windmill located in the city of Holland, Michigan. Built in 1741, it was imported from the Netherlands in the early 60’s and reconstructed for opening in 1964. It has resided on Windmill Island since then and is still in use to grind grain.
Looking for a more unique way to honour the Windmill, I found the full moon rising in March alining with the lit up Windmill to create a an amazing image.
